Return Policy

As both a bookseller and an author, I want your experience with my work to be as meaningful as the stories themselves. Books are more than just paper and ink—they carry intention, memory, and sometimes even a personal inscription that makes them unique.

Change of Mind

• If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the book within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange.

• Books must be in their original, unread condition, free from marks, bends, or damage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If a book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund once the faulty item is returned.

Inscribed and Signed Copies

• Books that have been signed or inscribed (personalised with a name or message) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Each inscription is a one-of-a-kind gesture, created especially for you, and cannot be resold or exchanged.

Refunds

• Refunds (where eligible) will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
